Melbourne-based footwear company Novo Shoes Group has acquired New Zealand brand Shoe Connection to further amplify its portfolio.
The company said the acquisition will allow it to offer an “unparalleled year-round selection” of premium footwear products.
“This expansion bridges the gap between comfort and sophistication, featuring a range of styles from casual to formal, all created with high-quality leather finishes at attractive price points that cater to various customer budgets.”
Shoe Connection retails products under three in-house brands – Shelly Shen, Miss Sophie and Peter James – as well as renowned global labels such as Jeffery Campbell, Crocs and Hush Puppies.
The New Zealand company sources materials from Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Turkey and connects with artisans for quality leather craftsmanship.
Shoe Connection recently made its mark on the Australian market with two locations in Melbourne and is set to open the third store at South Wharf DFO later this month.
Its products are available in Melbourne and Wellington stores as well as online at www.shoeconnection.com.au / www.shoeconnection.co.nz and soon to be on The Iconic.
