I personally believe if you are going to be successful with marketing on the internet, you need to incorporate Search engine optimization (SEO) into every aspect of your website marketing strategy. What I mean by this is to find the best keywords for your product. Good keywords are phrases that are used often by people that are looking to purchase the products you are selling. This means that the people that arrive to your sales page and see your products are hungry for them and your conversion rates will be very high.

You can start to see why these concepts are so critical to your whole website marketing strategy, and if you choose not to incorporate them into what you are doing online, your chances of success with marketing on the internet are very low indeed. One major thing you need to remember is to try and get your keywords into the title and content of all your post you make on forums, as well as any content that you might submit anywhere online. Also you want your keywords in the hypertext of your links pointing back to your website; this is critical as those keywords are what the search engines use to lead people to your product or service. So when the engines crawl through your content they find on the internet they will find your products, and bring the people to you that you need for a successful website marketing strategy.
